Takes you to AMA website to get registered for AMA. Yearly membership is $49. One event membership is $20 (sold at race).
All minors that are racing need this form filled out. It can be completed ahead of time or at the race. If minors parents are not at race it will need to be completed ahead of time.
This form can be printed and brought to race or mailed to 8885 Coal Mine Road, Big Sandy, MT 59520
